ATM Security Tips
- Memorize your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Do not write it down or keep it in your wallet or purse. Please ensure that you do not disclose your PIN to anyone, including bank employees.
- Please note that Bank staff / officers or the security person at the ATM will never ask you for your PIN, for any reason whatsoever.
- Never force your card into the card slot in the ATM Machine.
- Ensure no one gets to see your PIN when you enter it in ATM
- Follow the instructions on the display screen, e.g. do not key in your PIN until the ATM requests you to do so.
- Make sure you retain your transaction receipt. Do not throw away the receipt at the ATM site.
- Do not be in a hurry during the transaction. Carefully secure your card & cash in your wallet, handbag or pocket before leaving the ATM.
- Report any stolen or lost ATM card immediately to the Bank. You can call us on :

- 6000 7888 (for private service users)
- Never lend your ATM card to anyone; treat it as if it were cash or a credit card.
- Never allow a stranger to assist you with using an ATM.
