What is the frequency of E-Statements for Savings and Current accounts? |
E-Statements are sent quarterly to the Savings account customers and monthly to the Current account customers.

Can I view my electronic statements without signing up for E-Statements? |
No. You will need to subscribe for E-Statements in order to receive your electronic statements on your registered email address.

E-Statements facility is FREE for our customers!

Do I need a password to view my E-Statements? |
Yes, E-Statements would be password-protected (encrypted).
For Savings Account customers, the encryption logic would be based on first three characters of your name in capital letters as mentioned in the account, followed by your date of birth in DDMMYY format.
E.g. Name of the Accountholder: - Mr. Ramesh Chandra Agarwal
D.O.B.:- 17. 04. 1920 Password will be RAM170420
For Current Account customers, the encryption logic would be based on first three characters of the company name in capital letters as mentioned in the account, followed by the date of incorporation in DDMMYY format.
E.g. Name of the Company: - Hindustan Horizons Private Limited
Date of Incorporation: - 19. 10. 1976 Password will be HIN191076

Will I be able to print my E-Statements? |
Yes. Once you open the E-Statement, you will be able to print it like a document on your personal computer.

How do I sign up for E-Statements? |
To register for E-Statements, you have to fill up the Channel Registration Form (CRF) or Account Opening Form (AOF).

What if I want to change my email address? |
In order to continue receiving the E-Statements, you need to notify us about the change in your email address. It can be done through the Channel Registration Form, or by visiting the nearest branch.

Whom should I contact if I can't access my E-Statements? |
If you cannot access your E-Statements, please contact our customer care centre or visit the nearest branch.

What is Adobe Reader and why is it required? |
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader TM is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic documents. You will need this software installed on your computer in order to download, display or print your E-Statement.

You can download Adobe reader from http://www.adobe.com.

What should be done to deregister the E-Statements facility? |
To deregister, you can either call us at any of our call centre numbers or send a written request to the branch.

If I have been registered for e-statements, do I still continue to receive my physical statement? |
If you register for e statement, your hard copy statement will be discontinued, unless you specifically instruct the bank to continue with the physical statement also in addition to the e statement.
