To register:

You can fill up the Channel Registration Form (CRF) and drop it at the nearest branch/ ATM to register for the service. You can also call us at any of our call centre number at 1800 233 6565 (toll free for MTNL and BSNL users) or 6000 7888 (for other private service users) to know more.

 

Eligibility:

All Savings and Current Account customers are eligible to apply for e statements.

 

Fees:

E statements are FREE for all Savings and Current Account customers.
