Registration Process:
You can fill up the Channel Registration Form (CRF) and drop it at the nearest branch/ ATM or call us at any of our call centre number at 1800 233 6565 (toll free for MTNL and BSNL users) or 6000 7888 (for other private service users) to register for the service.
Eligibility:
All Savings and Current Account customers are eligible to apply for SMS alerts
Fees:
SMS alerts are FREE# for all savings account with the bank (except for no frill account). No frills savings account and current accounts will be charged at the rate of INR 25/- per quarter.
