Barclays Bill Payment facility gives you a very easy way to pay your utility bills. You can register for Hello Money, Online Banking or Phone Banking services at the time of opening your account.

According to your convenience, you can choose any of the following categories of bill payments:

• Standing Instruction (SI).
• Ad hoc

How do I Register?

To register for this service, you can call the call centre or fill up the Account Opening form/Channel registration form.

Steps to make Bill payment through the call centre –

• Call one of the Barclays Phone Banking numbers
• Register the utility bill that you wish to pay
• Select the category of bill payment
• Provide bill details and your bank account number

For Standing Instructions

If you opt for Standing Instructions mode of payment, your utility bills will be paid automatically on the due date by debiting the amount from your Barclays bank account.

For Ad hoc Payment

After the registration, you can call the call centre to make a one-time payment. Kindly make this payment 2 days prior to the bill due date.
