Barclays Bank has tied up with major utility companies across the country to facilitate payment of various Electricity, Telephone and Mobile Phone Bills, Insurance Premium among others.

Barclays Bank has facilitated two kinds of billers for your convenience –

• Presentment Type Billers – This feature allows you to view and pay off the bills through your mobile phone. You will need to register and use Barclays Bank Hello Money service to view and pay the bills.
• Payment Type Billers – This feature allows you to pay off all your physical bills. Such bills can be paid using both Hello Money and Online Banking of Barclays Bank.

Steps for Paying the Bills

Paying the bills through Bill Payment facility is very simple. You can use your Hello Money or Online Banking facility to pay the bills.

  • Log on to the online banking facility of the bank
  • Select “Payment and Transfer” tab on the top
  • Select “External Transfer” from the options available
  • Select the biller from the drop down and make the required payment after entering complete details
