Visa Credit Card Payments (VCP) is a facility through which you can transfer funds to any Visa Credit card issued in India. Following channels are available for funds transfer using VCP:

• ATM – Maximum daily transfer limit INR 49,999/- (Rupees forty nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine only).
• Hello Money (Mobile Banking) – Maximum daily transfer limit INR 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only).
• Online Banking (Internet Banking) – Daily transfer limit INR 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only).This is inclusive of Bill payment limit on Online Banking

(I) VISA Credit Card Payments through ATMs:

To transfer funds, the sender simply needs to enter the following details in the relevant screen on our ATMs.

• 16-digit VISA Card number of the beneficiary
  • Credit Card
• Amount to be transferred in INR

(II) VISA Credit Card Payments through Mobile Banking:

The Process to access the service & transfer funds using the VCP service through Mobile Banking would be as under:

• The customer will select the Funds Transfer option from Main Menu which will appear on his/her mobile handset if he/she is a registered Mobile banking customer.
• Customer will then select ‘Visa Credit Card Payments’ option.
• To authenticate the transaction, customer will have to enter the PIN (which would have been provided to him via SMS).
• In case customer has multiple accounts registered for mobile banking, then the appropriate account is selected by the customer to conduct the transaction.
• The customer then enters the 16 digit visa credit card number to which money is to be credited.
• The amount to be transferred is entered and then customer enters the same PIN again and confirms the VCP transfer.
• The funds would be debited from the user’s account instantaneously.

Note: You can also register a beneficiary for the Visa Credit Card Payments through your Mobile Number through the relevant screen of Mobile Banking. This would save the Visa Card number of the registered beneficiary on your Mobile Banking for future transfers.

(III) VISA Credit Card Payments through Online Banking:

Visa Credit Card Payments (VCP) services is available under Payments and Transferred services on Online Banking. Visa Credit Card Payments (VCP) is added as biller under Bill Payment & Visa Credit Card Payments option, customer will have to follow below steps to initiate VCP transaction –

Step 1 – Login to Barclays Online Banking, using user id, login password and secret answer.

Step 2 – Select Payment and Transfer option

Step 3 – Selecting Bill payment and Visa Credit Card Payments under Payment and Transfer option

Step 4 – Selecting VCP services and enter 16 digit Visa beneficiary card number and amount not exceeding the combine bill payment limits of INR 49,999/-(Rupees forty nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine only).

Step 5 – Entering transaction password and confirming the transaction.

• No separate registration is required to use this service
