IVR Facility

To enhance your banking experience and make it even more convenient, we have introduced an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that is available to you. Just dial 60007888 / 18002336565 and enter your customer ID and TPIN to avail of this facility. If you don’t have a TPIN, speak to our phone banking officer and get a TPIN for your account. Here’s what you can do by using the IVR system:

  • Place a request for a cheque or a deposit slip book
