Documents required

Documents required for opening a Barclays Bank Payroll Plus account:

• Identity Proof (Any one):
  - Valid Indian Passport
  - Photo PAN Card
  - Voter’s Identity Card
  - Valid Driving license
  - Photo Ration Card with photograph of the accountholder
  - Identity card issued by a government department/ government company to its   employees which includes the date of birth.
  - Photo mark sheets/certificates of approved boards and universities
  
• Address Proof (Any one):
  - Valid Indian Passport
  - PAN Card
  - Landline or post-paid mobile/WLL telephone bill not more than 6 months old.
  - Bank account/Credit card statement (not more than 6 months old) or passbook
    (with entries not more than 6 months old)
  - Utility (water/electricity/gas) bill (not more than 6 months old)
  - Ration card
  - Property tax bill received from a Government department (not more than 12
     months old).
  - Pension payment order/book/card issued by the State/Central Government.
  - Last available Income Tax Assessment order or PAN allotment letter carrying
    address of the accountholder.
  - Bill issued by a co-operative housing society for monthly dues (not more than 6
    months old).
  - Life insurance policy (not more than a year old) or Premium renewal notice (not
    more than 12 months old)
  - Valid registered lease deed in the name of the account holder
  - Voter’s Identity Card (if not already provided as a proof of identity)
  - Valid Driving license (if not already provided as a proof of identity)
• Other Mandatory Documents:
  - PAN Card / PAN intimation letter / GIR no. / Form 60
  - One coloured photograph
  - Letter from Your HR as a proof of employment
  - Photo ID card of the company (if available)
