• Available with Platinum Debit cards at a Fee – For the Priority Pass card, the Platinum Debit card is a pre-requisite. For the new customers, the customers have to apply for the "Priority Pass" along with the Platinum Debit Card at the applicable fee while filling the Account Opening form. Please check with the visiting sales officer for the details. For our existing Platinum debit card holders, the customers can request for the 'Priority Pass' card by filling up the separate Application form. Please check with your relationship officer for applicability of the fee.
• Available for the Prestige Banking Customers – The Prestige Banking customers are not charged any fee for the Priority Pass Cards. The new customers willing to become Prestige Banking customers need to apply through the separate Priority Pass Application Form at the time of opening the account. The existing Prestige customers may apply through the separate application form for the Priority Pass card.

Your Priority Pass card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. The date of the expiry is mentioned on the Priority Pass card.

The Priority Pass card is available only with a Platinum Debit card. Accordingly, the Priority Pass card is processed after you are successfully registered with us as a Platinum debit card Holder. The Priority Pass Card shall be made available to you as soon as possible after the Platinum debit card has been issued in your name.

There are no charges for the Priority Pass Card for the Prestige segment. However, in case of the customers who have applied for the Priority Pass Card with the Platinum Debit card at the applicable fee, would be required to pay for the "Lounge Visit" charges at actual.

Your Priority Pass card shall be handed over to you through your Relationship manager at the earliest.
