• This VISA Debit - Bookmyshow Offer ("Offer") is open for participation during the Promotion Period, via Visa Debit Qualifying Transactions. A Visa Debit Qualifying Transaction is an online cinema ticket purchase made on www.bookmyshow.com during the Promotion Period with a valid and current VISA Debit Card issued in India
• The Promotion Period up to 31st December 2010.
• Details of the Offer (sub-divided into Offer 1 and Offer 2), and applicable terms and conditions, are described below. :

OFFER 1:

• The first 200 Visa Debit Qualifying Transactions made  each day, for the booking of (at least) one full-price movie ticket online on www.bookmyshow.com, will entitle the Visa Debit Cardholders who made these bookings to purchase one additional movie ticket at only INR 1.00, subject to “Offer 1- Terms and Conditions” below as well as under “General Terms and Conditions Applicable For Offer 1 and Offer 2”.

Offer 1 - Terms & Conditions

• Each Visa Debit Cardholder can only purchase a maximum of 2 movie tickets at INR 1.00 under Offer 1, per calendar month.  Accordingly, the first 200 Visa Debit Card transactions qualifying for Offer 1 each day will exclude transactions made with Visa Debit Cards that have already been used to enjoy 2 tickets at INR 1.00 (under Offer 1) in that calendar month.
• To qualify for Offer 1, the Visa Debit Card transaction must also include the purchase of at least one full-price ticket (in the same single transaction as the INR1.00 ticket) at www.bookmyshow.com during the Promotion Period
• Only movie tickets with original price not exceeding Rs 300 each are eligible for purchase at INR 1.00 under Offer 1.

OFFER 2:

• The next 2000 movie tickets booked on www.bookmyshow.com via Visa Debit Qualifying Transactions following are the first 200 Visa Debit Qualifying Transactions counted for Offer 1 will entitle the Visa Debit Cardholders who made these bookings to get a 20% discount on these bookings, subject to “Offer 2- Terms and Conditions” below as well as “General Terms and Conditions Applicable For Offer 1 and Offer 2”.
  
  

Offer 2 – Terms & Conditions

• Each Visa Debit Cardholder can only purchase discounted tickets under Offer 2 via a maximum number of 2 transactions in a calendar month
• A maximum number of 4 discounted tickets per eligible transaction applies
• Only movie tickets with original price not exceeding Rs300 are eligible for purchase at 20% discount under Offer 2.

BOOKING MECHANICS for both Offer 1 and Offer 2

• The Visa Debit Customer must follow the current purchase process at www.bookmyshow.com and provide his/her Visa Debit cardnumber accordingly, when prompted by the system.
• The Visa Debit Customer must click on the “APPLY OFFER” button/link under the OFFER section
• In the event that Offer 1 is still available for that day, and the Visa Debit Cardholder is eligible, the system will automatically reduce the total bill amount for the Visa Debit Card transaction so that the Visa Debit Cardholder only pays INR 1.00 for the movie ticket with the lowest value in the transaction
• In the event that Offer 1 is no longer available for that day, or the Visa Debit Cardholder is not eligible for Offer 1 but remains eligible for Offer 2, the system will automatically apply Offer 2 to the transaction by reducing the total bill amount for the Visa Debit Card transaction so that the Visa Debit Cardholder receives a 20% discount off the movie tickets (subject to a maximum number of 4 discounted tickets per transaction and a maximum number of 2 transactions under Offer 2 per Visa Debit Card in a calendar month)
• In the event that neither of the Offers are available for that day, or the Visa Debit Cardholder is not eligible for any of the Offers, the system will notify the Visa Debit Cardholder accordingly with an appropriate message, such as “Offers fully redeemed”.  The Visa Debit Cardholder will then be given a choice to either cancel the ticket transaction or to proceed on full price if the Visa Debit Cardholder so chooses.
• The Offers are only available each day for bookings made between the timing of 10:00 AM that day and 12:00 am of the following day or until the full utilization of the quota for the respective Offers for that day has been reached, whichever is earlier, whichever is earlier
• Convenience fee is levied on all tickets booked in a transaction irrespective whether it’s a full priced or a discounted ticket.
• Customer can avail only one offer in a day
• The system will also inform the Visa Debit Customer of the offer utilization, if any
• All transactions made on the Visa Debit Card that do not qualify for Offer 1 or Offer 2 will be charged at full price

General Terms and Conditions Applicable For Offer 1 And Offer 2

• All VISA Cardholders are advised to check the other applicable terms and conditions of Bookmyshow at www.bookmyshow.com before availing the offer under the VISA Debit Bookmyshow Offer.   
• Tickets once bought online, shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
• The Cardholder shall be required to give personal information and Card details online for the tickets purchased on www.bookmyshow.com .
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers/discounts/promotions at Bookmyshow.
• VISA shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by Bookmyshow for any loss whatsoever of any nature suffered by any cardholder.
• VISA Cardholders shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the Offer being availed.  Offers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• VISA Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer. Any participation by the VISA Cardholder shall be voluntary.   Bookmyshow will use best efforts to ensure the Offers are provided as described, but cardholders shall not make any claim or seek compensation against Bookmyshow or VISA, even in the event that the Offers are not provided or provided as described (whether or not such non provision is due to fault, negligence on the part of Bookmyshow or Visa)
• VISA shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal or failure on the part of Bookmyshow to provide or honour the Offer, or benefits or privileges given under the Offer,  for any reason whatsoever.
• VISA reserves the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without giving any notice.
• Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only The disputes if any shall be governed under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended up to date).
• In the event that the Offer, these terms and conditions, or any part thereof is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, the Offer and/or the terms and conditions (as the case may be) may be modified to the extent required to comply with the law.
