As part of our Citizenship strategy, we look to address both sides of the employment gap. Through our Connect with Work programme (CwW), we support young people into entry level jobs while through our Unreasonable Impact programme, we create jobs of tomorrow working closely with entrepreneurs that are looking to solve some of the most pressing challenges of our times.

About Connect with Work

Our Connect with Work program provides people from often overlooked communities with vital work skills and connects them to businesses that are recruiting. Together with a selection of charity partners, we train people in the job-specific skills that businesses are looking for – providing a pipeline of new, diverse talent – and have already supported thousands of people into work globally. In India, since we initiated the programme in 2016, 200,000+ young people have been placed into jobs.

Unreasonable impact

We recognise the role of innovation in solving some of society’s most pressing challenges. So we’re playing our part in supporting entrepreneurs and ventures to grow, creating thousands of new jobs. Our unique partnership with Unreasonable Group is scaling businesses set to employ thousands worldwide. We’ve built, from the ground up, a partnership that works with the most exciting growth stage ventures. They represent the next wave of successful businesses and job creators.
